Amanda Ieraci is a healthcare professional, currently serving as Manager of Operations at Northwell Health’s Glen Cove, Plainview, and Syosset Hospitals. In this role, she collaborates with the Senior Leadership teams across all three locations to implement strategic and innovative projects, ensuring alignment with the hospitals’ missions and operational excellence. She applies her expertise in data analysis and project management to drive efficiency and support critical healthcare initiatives.
Amanda graduated as a Presidential Scholar from The George Washington University School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Public Policy, with a minor in Public Health.
Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional work. Amanda is a lifetime member and active adult volunteer with Girl Scouts of Nassau County, where she leads the Ceremonial Unit and has served twice as a National/Alternate Delegate for Girl Scouts of Nassau County at the GSUSA National Conference. Additionally, she has a long-standing history of supporting community organizations like Charlie’s Place, a nonprofit dedicated to aiding people experiencing homelessness and food insecurity.
